NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

Orders received by 14:00 hours will be sent to our warehouse for them to dispatch your order the following day by 16:00 hours excluding weekend and back holidays.

Once dispatched our nominated delivery service will deliver your goods within 24 hours unless they have any unusual problems such as bad weather or a disaster beyond their control, strikes or act of god.

Cost

Once the order goes over 30 kg the price will remain the same and not increase.

Terms and Conditions

It is your responsibility to give us the correct address and be available when you’re goods are delivered.

Delivery

If your goods are returned due to your negligence, then we reserve the right to charge you to redelivery your order.

DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY IF DAMAGED

Damaged Goods

Unlike the UK, your signature means that you are accepting liability as both the delivery was both correct, and not damaged.

If damaged, then you should request the delivery person to return the order back to us and get a signature stating that the goods where damaged before delivery.

Then contact us and we will send out another order FOC on condition that you have done as above.

Midi Décor will not accept any liability to any third party or for any unexpected issues such as strikes or act of god.
