Distribution 

Midi Décor will endeavor to dispatch the goods within 24 hours of payment excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Once distributed to one of our couriers, you will be notified of the tracking number so that you can follow your consignment.

You should allow between 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that Midi Decor reserve all rights to refuse any order.

Guarantee

Midi Décor will replace any goods that deemed faulty, on the following condition.

That the claimant claims with 48 hours on receipt of goods

That the goods are returned within 7 days including the delivery note and invoice.

Midi Décor will not accept liability on the following

Goods being maliciously handled

Goods have been tampered with

As long as the conditions above have been meet, Midi Décor will replace all goods.

Coloured Paints 

We have thousands of different colours, which we tint individually for all our clients.

We use a Crown Tinting Machine, which does all the Crown Colour Codes and RAL numbers, so it is important that you choose the correct colour.

In the event that we make a mistake, then we will replace the goods without question, as long as the goods are returned within 7 working days together with invoice.

In the event that the client makes a mistake or has purchased the wrong colour, then we will not accept liability.
